OUR PRODUCTS

The products we offer on the Web are porcelain pieces painted by manual and / or mechanical procedures depending on the type of product that the User has selected, on request and with exclusive designs.

The processes of making our products, design, painting, stamping, are mostly manual, so the products offered on the Web may differ in shapes, sizes, colors and drawings, from which the User finally receives, not giving This is the right to any refund as established in clause 11 of these Purchase Conditions.

PRICES

The prices of the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the final amount of the purchase, according to the conditions established in clause 9 of these Purchase Conditions.

AVAILABILITY

The products offered through this website are only available for shipment to Spanish territory. No shipments will be made to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.

All product orders are subject to their availability. In the event that for any reason, we cannot supply the products selected in the order, we will contact the User to offer a solution. If said solution does not satisfy the User, we will proceed to reimburse the amount that has been paid.
CELEBRATION OF THE CONTRACT

The contract is perfected when the User enters their personal data on the Web to purchase the product and proceeds to pay for it, (hereinafter the “Contract”).

PAYMENT METHODS

The confidential data of the payment are transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the financial institution. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 6 of these Purchase Conditions, the shipment of the products covered by the Contract will be carried out within a maximum period of 5 calendar days from the receipt of the Purchase Confirmation.

However, as they are personalized products, the aforementioned period may be extended, if Molecot, S.L. This is considered appropriate, prior written notice to the User, who, in case of not being satisfied with the extension of said period, may withdraw from the purchase within 48 hours after receiving the email informing them of the extension of the term.

Transportation costs within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for purchases with a final amount, established in the Purchase Confirmation, equal to or greater than € 150.

For orders less than € 150, in accordance with the final amount indicated in the Purchase Confirmation, and shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula, the transport costs will be paid in full by the User. Said transport costs will be € 14.90, and this amount may be increased, if the contracted transport company so determines.
TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCTS

The User will acquire ownership of the products at the time of delivery, so the risks of the products will be borne by the User from the moment of delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our products are designed and painted in accordance with the User’s specifications, and therefore they are personalized products, so in accordance with article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, the right of withdrawal is not applicable.

However, if one or more of our products were delivered with a defect or defect, if it really existed, (hereinafter, “Defective Products”) or does not conform by mistake to the User’s specifications in accordance with the provisions of the Purchase Confirmation (hereinafter, “Wrong Products”), it may request its replacement.

The replacement of both Defective Products and Wrong Products will be free for the User and will include the necessary expenses incurred to correct the lack of conformity of the goods with the Contract, especially the shipping costs as well as the costs related to the hand of work and materials and will be carried out within 30 days of receipt by the User of the email in which Molecot, SL confirm that the product replacement proceeds.

COMMUNICATIONS

Any suggestion, doubt, complaint or claim that the User has regarding the Legal Conditions of the Web, or in general, about the execution of this Contract, must send an email to the following address info@molecot.com.

Likewise, and in accordance with the provisions of clause 3 above and unless otherwise stipulated in accordance with the rights of the User, we may send communications either by email, or by postal mail, to the address provided by the User when placing an order. AGREEMENT AND PARTIAL NULLITY

TAXES AND BILLING

In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the products will be understood to be located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT.

MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS
